Terms and Conditions for Jeetwi Players

01 Introduction

Welcome to jeetwi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jeetwi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jeetwi platform — including the website at jeetwi.app and the jeetwi mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jeetwi platform. Continued use of jeetwi after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

jeetwi is designed for players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms are written in English and are governed by applicable law. Where there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version takes precedence.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on jeetwi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jeetwi does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify that using jeetwi is legal in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion you have applied through jeetwi itself.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party when using jeetwi.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

jeetwi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.

03 Account Registration

To use jeetwi's real-money gaming services, you must create an account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. jeetwi will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

• Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are not allowed under any circumstances.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow anyone else to place bets using your account.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• jeetwi reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national ID card or mobile banking statement.

04 Deposits and Payments

jeetwi accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your jeetwi account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳5. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification checks in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jeetwi does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. jeetwi is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on account balances.
• If a deposit is credited in error, you must notify jeetwi support immediately. Knowingly using funds that were credited in error is a breach of these Terms.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jeetwi account are processed to the same mobile banking account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. You cannot withdraw to a different mobile number or a third-party account.

Standard withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within the same business day. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal, additional verification may be required, which can extend processing time.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time on a business day are typically processed the same day.
• jeetwi does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payouts. Fees charged by your mobile banking provider are outside our control.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• jeetwi reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending verification, or a breach of these Terms.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

jeetwi offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The general conditions below apply to all jeetwi bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• The standard wagering requirement for jeetwi bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states a different figure.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• jeetwi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being suspended.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jeetwi — including Caishen Fishing, The Great Icescape, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Crazy 777, Rummy, and Drill That Gold — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. This means every outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by jeetwi or by any player.

Each game has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. jeetwi is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded in jeetwi's server logs will be used to settle the bet.
• jeetwi's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal complaints process described in Section 14.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jeetwi. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in card games such as Teen Patti and Rummy.
• Using the jeetwi platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your mobile banking provider after using the funds on jeetwi.
• Accessing jeetwi from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other tool to disguise your location.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

jeetwi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

If your account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any held withdrawals processed. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your jeetwi account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered mobile banking account, provided all verification requirements have been met.

10 Responsible Gaming

jeetwi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. By using jeetwi, you agree to engage with the platform responsibly and to make use of the tools available to you if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jeetwi players at no cost and without any waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your jeetwi account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from jeetwi. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.

11 Privacy and Data

In summary, jeetwi uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and age during registration and ongoing account management.
• Process deposits and withdrawals via your registered mobile banking account.
• Comply with anti-money laundering and regulatory reporting obligations.

12 Limitation of Liability

jeetwi provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues. jeetwi is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party mobile banking providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of a player's own decisions, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of jeetwi.

In all cases, jeetwi's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

13 Changes to These Terms

jeetwi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of jeetwi after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using jeetwi and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
